  • I am the CEO and Founder of Reform Restore Respect Charitable Organisation since 2012 and Director and owner of FOA Consultancy Limited. I am a corporate safeguarding against gangs and county lines trainer and keynote speaker.

  • I am also a gangs and county lines external trainer for Kent Police Force at their training college in Maidstone - Kent, providing training for all student/probation police officers for their Police Education Qualification Framework Programme (PEQF), Degree Holder Entry programme (DHEP) and Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA).

  • I have been delivering training for Kent County Council Fostering Service since 2016 (the largest fostering county in the UK), to roll out my designed gangs and county lines professional training to over 900+ Foster Carers in the County.

  • From 2017 to the present, my expertise has been used locally, regionally, and nationally for Major Crime. I have been instructed as an independent expert in cases for both the Crown and Defence. I am a member of Expert Witness Institute

  • In December 2024, I was awarded ‘the Chief Officer’s Commendation’ for exceptional leadership in support of volunteering by Kent Police.

  • In September 2023, Kent Charity Awards awarded me with the Judges’ Special Recognition Award for giving back to the community, including delivering anti-crime workshops to more than 37,000 across Kent to deter them from a life of crime.

  • In March 2023, I was given a certificate of merit by Kent and Essex Police Serious Crime Directorate of my work on a Murder case adding value to the investigation.

  • In August 2022, I was invited to the National Crime Agency (NCA) CPD day as a speaker to discuss how my contributions and lived-by-experience as an expert add value to Major Crime Investigation Support (MCIS) on a national level. I was given the NCA shield for my contributions to the CPD day.

  • In March 2020, I was awarded with the Kent High Sheriff Award for my continual contribution in supporting children and young people in Kent with my early intervention work in schools and colleges.

  • In May 2019, I was invited to Buckingham Palace to Her Majesty the Queen’s annual garden party.

  • On 19th June 2015, Sevenoaks District Council Community Safety Partnership nominated my Charity and I for the Northwest Kent Crime Prevention Panel Safety Awards 2015, where I gained a certificate in recognition of my outstanding effort in enhancing community safety in Sevenoaks and also a certificate for the Charity Project of the Year in the Sevenoaks District Council Community & Voluntary Awards 2015.

  • I subsequently won other awards in November 2013 and November 2014 for Kent Heart of The Community Awards.

  • In October 2013, I was awarded with the National Redemption and Justice Inspirational Award 2013 voted as the winner by a public vote.

  • I have delivered an anti-crime, anti-gang, county lines, anti-knives behaviour challenging project delivering early intervention to 696 primary, secondary and colleges in Kent and Medway and visited 448 school venues to steer children and young people from offending.
